Built a native macOS app in Swift that transcribes meetings entirely on-device — nothing ever leaves the machine.
Captures the microphone and system audio as two separate lanes, so local and remote speech are never mixed.
Transcribes both lanes locally using WhisperKit and Core ML, optimized for Apple Silicon.
Implemented speaker labelling that distinguishes "You" from remote "Speaker 1..N" across the session.
Distributed via a custom Homebrew tap for one-command installation.
Led a multi-channel launch across Hacker News, Reddit, Product Hunt, and LinkedIn.
Set up CI on GitHub Actions and released the project under the MIT license.
